Includes up to 4 hours of professional labor for small home repairs and project help. Materials are additional. This package is ideal for tackling multiple small tasks in one visit.
Great for tasks like:
• Drywall repair and paint touch ups
• Doors, trim, and hardware repairs
• Light fixtures, ceiling fans, and faucets
• Shelving, TV mounts, and miscellaneous installs
• Minor carpentry and home maintenance items
• Or other small projects around the house
When booking, list your tasks in the Tell Us About Your Project section and upload photos so we can arrive prepared and keep the visit efficient.
After booking, here is what happens:
• You will receive a confirmation email or text with your appointment details
• Our team will review your task list and photos ahead of time
• If anything requires special parts or extra prep, we will reach out before your visit
• On the day of service, we will work through your list in priority order and complete as much as possible within the scheduled time
To get the most done in your 4 hours:
• Have all homeowner supplied items on site (fixtures, faucets, shelves, TVs, etc.)
• Make sure work areas are accessible and cleared if possible
• List tasks in the order you want them completed
Limited availability. Select a date that works for you. Additional time beyond 4 hours can be added at a prorated labor rate if needed and approved by the homeowner. Larger projects may require a free in person estimate and separate scheduling.
Do I need an in person estimate?
Normally, yes. Most projects start with a free estimate. However, this package is designed specifically for small projects and punch list items, which allows us to schedule quickly without a full estimate. If your list turns into a larger project, we may recommend a separate estimate and scheduling.
Are materials included?
Labor is included. Materials are additional if needed. Homeowner supplied items are welcome.
What if we do not finish everything in 4 hours?
No problem. We will complete as much as possible in the scheduled time. Additional time may be added at a prorated labor rate if approved.
Can you do everything on my list?
Most small tasks are a great fit for this package. If something requires specialty work or additional time, we will communicate that clearly before or during your visit.
Is Winter Fix-It Week limited?
Yes. Winter Fix-It Week has limited appointment slots, and availability may be limited beyond this week as well. If you want a spot, we recommend booking as soon as possible to reserve your time.
This package cannot be combined with other promotions or discounts. Payment is required to reserve your appointment time.
